Celine Kim is a Korean American musical theatre performer, storyteller, leader, and creator based in New York City. Known for her vibrant soprano voice and compelling stage presence, she has performed internationally in productions such as Turandot at the Seoul Arts Center Opera House with Fondazione Festival Pucciniano, Mamma Mia! at Smothers Theatre, and Korean stagings of FOUND and Letters in Notes. Her work has taken her to theaters across Korea, the United States, Japan, and England.

Fluent in both Korean and English, Celine has trained in vocal performance, classical ballet, contemporary and African dance, and has experience in a wide range of physical and creative disciplines. She studied musical theatre at AMDA and Pepperdine University and was invited to the Boston Conservatory Summer Dance Intensive. She has also trained in Chekhov’s Psychological Gestures and Laban Efforts. As a legit soprano with operatic training up to E6, Celine brings both technical precision and emotional depth to her performances. Her international touring experience includes performing with HeartBridge Performing Arts Company across Japan and England, and singing in concerts throughout Europe including the Ukraine Peace Concert.

Alongside her work as a performer, Celine is passionate about arts education and mentoring the next generation of performers. She has taught musical theatre at JJ Theater Center, Brad Little Star Academy, and Fayston Preparatory Arts School. She has directed and choreographed for student and teen performance groups in Korea and Hawaii, creating impactful performance experiences rooted in growth and collaboration.

Celine earned first place at the Hong Kong International Musical Competition and has received multiple awards for dance. Her heart for the arts is rooted in a desire to connect, heal, and inspire. Through volunteer performances in countries like Slovakia, Poland, and Japan, she has seen how music and storytelling can offer hope and transformation. Whether on stage, in the classroom, or working behind the scenes, Celine is committed to using her gifts to uplift and impact communities worldwide.
